We're Back

After an extended hiatus for summer, we are back with all sorts of pictures and excitement. Since the last update, Zane has learned to sit up, crawl and stand assisted by objects. Although he is still nursing, Zane has skipped baby food and now enjoys intermidiate foods. His favorite so far is Indian food (Dal, Kofta and Haalwa are his favorites) and Mexican (refired and whole beans) He also enjoys hummus and yogurt.

Zane has been on several trips this summer. For Memorial Day we all went out to san Francisco. Daddy went home but mom and Zane stayed behind for a conference. A wedding took us on a road trip to Traverse City Michigan with a pit stop to see Zane's grandparents in Grand Haven. We also got in the car so Liz could swim with Franklin in the Point to Point open water swim in Lake Okobji in NW Iowa. Finally, Liz and Zane just got back form another business trip, this time in Seattle.

In October, Zane will be going on 2 more business trips. One to Denver and at the end of the month daddy will join him in Washington DC.
